Black liquor pollution not only affects the national economy and people's livelihood, but also threatens the existence of paper enterprises themselves.
After full investigation and demonstration, the experts believe that recovery boiler is the most effective way to solve the comprehensive treatment and utilization of paper black liquor.
In general, organic matter in black liquor accounts for about 65% to 70%, and inorganic matter accounts for about 30% to 35%. The alkali in black liquor can be fully recovered by alkali recovery treatment, and the recovered alkali can be used in alkaline pulp production.
At the same time, the organic matter in the black liquor can be burned in the alkali recovery boiler and converted into energy.
